How to run a successful business in the USA The workshop will be animated by INTERNATIONAL BOOST.
Replace R&D by C&D : Collaborate & Develop Co-creation in application Collaboration is becoming a new and important source of competitive advantage. The creation and pursuit of new ideas is no longer the privilege of central R&D departments within vertically integrated organizations. Instead, innovations are increasingly coming from collaboration inside and outside the company. Innovating in a collaborative manner and co-creating is therefore a mandatory way to innovate.  The different types of collaborative innovation will be presented during the interactive workshop: 1. Internal: involvement of the staff. 2. External: - User: integration of the end user (e.g. Living Lab), - Ecosystem (stakeholders: customers, suppliers, partners), - External experts: through for instance online platforms, - Crowdsourcing: collective intelligence. The workshop will also be a place to debate and exchange concrete collaborative examples and case studies. It will be animated by IDEXLAB & SMARTSYSTEM.
